Knees drift in on Leg Press

Just wondering where my weakness is that is allowing my knees to first drift inwards when doing Leg Press...

This does not happen when doing Squats.

When Leg Pressing I have to keep my hands on the inside of my knees to make sure they don't bow inward as I have recently experienced pain in both knees and see this as a possible culprit.

what muscles are overpowering the others?

    thanks

when your knees go in it is because the quad muscle is not strong enough and you move the legs in to use the inner muscles because they are stronger than the quads.

Get quads strong first. try doing sets of 10 - 15 reps on the squats.

Sounds like a hip weakness to me..
If you have bands loop em around yr knees and do seated adduction for a few sets of 15-20 and see if it helps.
