it will for abit, but the same movements for every workout isnt ideal. try mixing it up, put pushdowns, dips and french curls in the mix. if your adamant on sticking with CGBP and skull crushers, make sure you are adding more weight as much as possible

Just as Timm1704 suggested, adding different exercises will shock your muscles much more than just switching the order of your current exercises. Muscles adapt quickly and therefore it’s vital to keep shocking them for maximum growth.

All the guys are right ,I would without a doubt change your routine and exercise every few weeks.I personally like to change my reps to highre ones so that when I do go to lower reps and heavier weight it can shock the body again.

So going from heavy with few reps to light and more reps is actually a good thing every couple weeks?

    Dips for tris??

How do they differ from dips for lower chest?

There are chest dips..where you bring the handles wider and lean forward..while trying to flare your elbows out a little more.

and..tricep dips where you keep your elbows parallel to your body and try to keep your body straight up...also keep the handles narrow
