Body Pump
Has anyone taken part in a group excercise called Body Pump?
I did it for the first time yesterday and its killer.
Its a routine with a bunch of people where you work out your whole body with free wieghts. Man , I woke up beat today.
Has anyone tried this stuff out and what results did you all get?

ive taken group power... its the same class just with different owners... they all used to be one company and then one of the people formed a company called body training systems(bts) and the class is now called group power and some other gyms still have body pump under the other owner... the gym i work at has those classes... its pretty tough.. full body workout and its fast paced to keep your heart rate up

Anyone got some good results getting shredded or a good toned bod?
I want to know if its worth it taking-

I would think that getting shredded would have to do with diet first, then whatever you choose to do after that. I personally like to lift weights to promote lean mass preservation/gain, while using cardio to drop bodyfat. (diet in check of course)

Some of my gf's take that class and enjoy it.. they're usually pretty sweaty after but I haven't noticed much improvement in thier bodies specifically from that...
