    Need workout advice!!!

    Hey guys I am about to start a stack next week and my semi pro football season also starts next week. My stack consists of Test E, Dbol, Nolva, and Clomid. I am practicing on Tuesday and Thursdays with some contact and my games are on Saturday. Can anyone suggest me a workout plan that will give me good gaines during season? Thanks guys.

    Bro your playing semi pro ball and at this level you dont know how to create on workout plan ?What are your goals ? You must have been doing something right all these years if you playing semin pro ball ..AC

    damn right. but, if you really are telling the truth, then stick to the basics, squats, deadlifts, bench press, shoulder press, pullups, lunges, rows. ask your coaches for advice, surely they will know. and maybe some plyometrics training, regardless of the gear
