Ok, here is my situation... ive just got back into a lifting routine again for the first time since the beginning of 2006... this is my first week and i expected to be sore but ive been getting this terrible muscle knots.... ive also started clen a few weeks ago and suspect that it may hav something to do with the knots... should i increase my taurine intake? do i jus need to stretch more? or are the knots just normal? thanks i appreciate any help
