Right, Im going to soon be taking Whey Protein and Creatine. Im not sure if this is a gd mix and hopefully you guys will tell me otherwiseIm a bit of a noob sorry.
I want to go to the gym 5 times a week for about an hour. maybe a bit more. I go holiday June 24th which is 6 weeks away. At the minute I am 12st 5lbs and want to put a little bit of bulk on and flatten my abs a bit as they are already reasonably flat.

I want to fit most of these in if not all of them. but I need to know wot days to do wot. So if you could put them all into catogaries for me such as
1. Biceps, Chest, Abs
2. blah blah...
that would be excellent jst so I can build myself up and tone my body a bit. After my holidays ill be looking to put on some serious gains. 2 weeks ago I was 11st11lbs and I spent 2 weeks having dianabol which was stupid I know but I put on 7 or 8 pounds I think. Went well. thanks
