I usually feel that i got a good work out when i leave the gym and the muscle i worked out is hard and tense. Today and many other times i leave and the muscle just feels flabby. I also couldnt do as much as i usually do today after my first few sets because i just felt like i couldnt push anymore on my chest. does this mean something if its not tense and hard after a work out?
also i feel that theres something wrong with my right shoulder. It feels like theres been a knot there for years, ever since i started working out preventing me to push because on my left i dont feel it and espiecally when i do tricep pull downs i could be doing the lightest weight but theres something in my right shoulder that is preventing me and its annoying as hell? wtf is wrong with it?
