    newb asking questions

    First of all I was reading in the cardio that you may not to workout on a emply stomach because your body will burn muscle too? I like to jog in the morning.

    Second question, please look at my workout schedule and let me know what ya think.

    Monday:chest+back
    tue:abs, foreams, cardio
    wed:shoulders legs
    thur: same as tue
    friday: arms bis and tri's.
    sat and sun are off. I try to let my muscles heal for 24 hours before lifting hard again.

    And third, after chest workouts my tri's feel like they did most of the work. Am I holding the bar to close?

    I think any routine has the possablity to be a good one as long as it produces results .So that being said thry it for a few months if your geting bigger and stronger than stick with it if not change it up ..As far as your tris are concerned yes it might be an issue of the way your lifting .On the other hand when you bench you are going to use alot of tri strength anyways .M ake sure your benching elbows out as much as you can ...AC

    Yeah the more you place your hands wider on the bar (ex: bench press) the more Im pretty sure you use your chest.

    Also I find sticking my chest out works too i really make sure I work it out. Try that out for like pec-deck and flies and stuff.
