dumbbell inc,dec dumb flies- chest
one arm dumbbell shoulder press, cable rear delts shoulders t-bar bent over rows, stright bar pull downs lats-back squat machine, stiff legged deads-legs isolated seated barbell curles, skull crushers

those are my fav by far
db shoulder press, anything db for chest, bent over rows, deadlifts, squats, meh i like everything
Anything for traps! Upright rows & Shrugs (HVY)
my favourites are-
chest: incline dumbbell/barbell, hammer strength incline press
back: barbell rows, deadlifts
shoulders: standing military press, side raises
legs: squats, lunges
arms: tricep pushdowns, dumbbell kickbacks

i really enjoy every exercise i do, otherwise i likely wouldnt do it, and find an alternative. but these are the ones that i usually stick to all the time.
chest - flat db flyes and more flat db flyes
bi's - incline db curls and hammers
tri's - close grip bench and underhand cable pulldowns
shoulders - cable laterals and db front raises
back - chins and t-bar row
legs - squats and hack squats
Chest= Incline Flies
Shoulders= Db shoulder press
Tris = Close Grip Bench
Bis= 21's love the pump
Legs- Smith Squats
Chest:
Heavy Inlcline BB
Heavy Flat Flyes
Back:
Machine Pullovers
Seated Pulley Rows
Shoulders:

Machine Laterals
Quads:
Hack Squat
One Leg Squat
Its all about the bis doing 21's!!! Love em'!
french press for triceps...and i give credit to deadlifts/squats for my recent weight gain...they had been out of my routine for as long as ive been lifting
chest:
flat bench and parallel bar dip
back:
pullup/chin -pulldown - db row
Chest- Flat BB bench, Incline DB bench
Back- Deadlifts(lower) and Chinups or DB rows(upper)
Legs- Leg Press and calf raises (I do squats but like doin leg press better)
Triceps- Tricep pull downs and reversed push ups
Biceps- Single arm cable curls, hammer curls
Abs- Ab flexion machine, decline sit ups with plate on chest

Upper & Mid back: Bent over barbell rows (torso parallel to floor)
Calves: Angled Seated Calf-raise
Quads: Squats.. varying depths.
Biceps: One-arm Dumbbell Preacher curls
Triceps: Close-grip Bench Press
Abs: Squats/deadlifts (lol.. yup)

Shoulders: DB Press, Upright Row
Back: Deadlift, Lat Pulldowns
Legs: Squat, Calf Raises
Triceps: Skullcrushers, Laying Tri Extensions
