gains great, but problem gaining in arms!!
Last cycle gave me about 20 pounds of gains, but my arms dont seem to get much bigger. It was a 500 test e/ 300 deca cycle..
any advice for my next cycle? I really need some huge gains in my arms... i am at 195 now and 6'2''
besides gear, should I just have 1/2 days a week just focus on arms? I'm in the gym 4 day split, and right now I don't have dedicated days for bi's or tri's, just chest/tri's on monday back/bi's on thurs (legs tue, shoulders friday).
thanks!

cant really give you cycle advice cos ive only done one myself but look for a more effective arm workout in the "workout questions" section of the board there are a few good ones but you should gain well from basic compound movements anyway as these work your arms effectively, genetics come into it too my first cycle gave me 20lbs(pct starting soon)and i got close to an inch on each arm,as you said in your post you are hitting them so just hang in there.

don't forget to workout the forearms and wrists too, they have a big effect on the biceps..

This is very interesting...what does you arm workout look like? You described your lifting rotation, but I mean actual arm workouts (exercises, weights, sets & reps). The problem is likely a lack of stimulation.

Dont Forget To Keep Changing Your Workouts Dont Stick With The Same Split Over And Over If You Work Your Bies With Back And Tries With Chest Try Mixing It Up And Working Your Arms On A Day Alone But Make Sure Not A Day Before Or A Day After Your Chest Or Back Workout As Your Arms Will Be Worked With Those Workouts Anyway

i found that basic heavy movements forced my arms to grow.
typically i do heavy tricep pull overs or french press, dips are ace.
underhand chins for biceps if done strict are the sxxt then i jump down and do hammers straight off or rest first depends on how f@@ked i am.
f@@k tricep kickbacks and concentrations until youve got some arms.

i agree! theres nothing wrong with changing your exercises as it can be productive and can stop your workouts becoming stale, but its not necsessary.
i used to hit my bodyparts from every single angle i could think of changing constantly to shock my muscles it didnt do jack for me,building a good base through compound movements and increasing load is the key imo.

Look up the DC training method. I'm an ecto and this really takes advantage of my fast metabolism. Keeps my appetite up.
