    cardio bros!

    Hey guys im doin alittle cutting right now so im doin cardio 4-5times a week....I know must bodybuilders dont "run" especially outside.... But i love to jog outside in my neighborhood... would i be burning to much muscle if my cardio looked like this
    Jog mile outside 9-10mins
    6mph-elipitca machine 20mins

    buy a heart rate moniter and dont go above 60% of your target heart rate and you will be fine

    60%? That seems pretty low. I stay around 70...

    60-70 its hard to keep steady when jogging outside. I always finding myself breeching 70-75, i have to remind myself to just slow the pace down, even then its like small spurts and then a fast walk.
