4 days to train per week, hows this?

    -chest, triceps

-back, biceps (deadlifts thisday, but do them first or last? they wear me out so if i do them first i always want to throw up for the rest of the day)

    -shoulders

    -legs

pretty basic but i am pretty limited as far as time to train

sorry guys, forgot to add some stuff:
24 yrs, 190lbs, 6-3. ecto all the way, so bulking all the time.
im pretty strong for my stats probably cuz i have small/narrow bones/bone structure

Could you switch deadlifts to the first day. Perhaps you could do them on a non back day.

chest yeah theres off days, the only days i have right together are tues and wed.

i really dont even do bis or tris, just whatever workout they get from chest and back. my chest and back are strong but small and when i work out my arms they get huge for the size of the rest of me so i havent done an arm workout in 6 months but im thinkin of starting back

i guess i could do deads with legs or shoulders huh?
