Hey guys what do I do to get my lower chest built up?

I think its a genetic thing mostly but you can work on declines and weighted dips ..AC

You mentioned nothing about yourself but...
I would suggest adding some more overall beef with basic, heavy flat bench barbell work and see where you stand then... an over-developed pec major (common) can make the upper chest look sunk/deflated in if it exceeds the pec minor (upper chest)...

i do decline on the smith machine and its really brought out my lower chest development ive alwasy had a problem here but its really startign to take shape
