Hey guys i just started a construction job this summer, i've been doing it for a long time on the side but never full time and its been pretty hard work so far. The thing is i've been doing a 3 days on 1 day off routine that has worked awesome while i was in school and did nothing. but now not only am i dead ass tired but im worried about losing mass from going from the job to the gym so frequently (over training in a way) i was curious if a three day push legs pull routine would be beneficial and if any of you guys have worked construction or a labor intensive job how you have structured your workouts around it? (diet is good so im not worried about not eating enough, around 3000-3300cals 40/40/20 ratio) thx.
