Rollerblading for Cardio
Hey Guys
Just wondering if rollerblading would be an acceptable substitute to walking for cardio while cutting. HR around 65-70%, I think I can get my HR up to that while roller blading, what do you guys think?

Heh, running is safer. But I suppose rollerblading would be a good thing if it got your heart rate up and as bcap said, a good leg workout. Let us know how it goes.

its less impact on the joints then running. i do it myself sometimes. i used to play hockey so i love it. i skate with my stick(hockey skates = no brakes) and shoot rocks to pass the time lol.
