    Squats

    Hi!

I was wondering what "High Bar, Narrow Stance, 1 and 1/3 Squats (bar high on back)" is? How is this exercise performed? And what is/are the difference(s) to "High Bar, Medium Stance Squats"?

    Thanks!

High bar rests high on the traps. A narrow stance is pretty self-explanatory. Use a closer than normal stance then you would typically use. I've need one and 1/2 squats and that involved:

    Go to bottom of squat,
    come up 1/2 way,
go back down to the bottom, and
then complete the concentric movement (come all the way up).
