lower back/kidney area pain when lifting

today i head up to the gym and ready to lift, did a few warmup sets of incline dumbell presses and was feeling pretty strong. anyway, i set them on my knees while sitting and getting ready for a heavy set. as i kick them up though i get this pain in my lower back off to the right side. i probly could have done the set but just decided to stop as it was pretty strong pain and didnt feel right. ive had this before but the other time it came up when i was doing preacher curls, my back will be completely fine then i do some type of motion and all the sudden its ****ed up. last time it went away after a few days but wanted to see if anybody had any idea what im talking about or what the problem is?

It sounds like you strained your low back and if ice and rest don't clear it up, I'd see a doctor. I hope that you feel better.

yea, on 50mg tbol, about 2 weeks in, was thinking it could have something to do with this but its only when i twist the wrong way or something like that, i could be wrong but i would think if its from tbol, id feel it just out of nowhere. i screwed it up yesterday and today i went back and did dumbell bench but just tried to be more cautious and got through workout fine. also, taking milk thistle and drinking lots of water to help with the tbol

im 6 weeks into a tbol only cycle

i get the same thing... for me i think its just pumps in the lower back, obliques... unfamiliar feelings when off AAS. the pain/swelling feeling isnt always there, just when im exercising.. even if its not back/obliques...
