    bicep curls

    when i do bicep curls my forearms get exhausted way before the biceps so the end result is i'm unable to do more reps even tho my biceps are not fatigued. Is there something form wise i'm not doing properly?

    just keep at ti eventually they will catch up

    start working out your forearms, give it time they will catch up. if you use lifting straps maybe quit using them?

    i had the same problem when i first started. i started working my forearms every 5 days and that seemed to work for me..

    my forearms always feel like there gonna explode when im doin heavy bicep curls
