    Shaping the muscles

Ok, I've got the size but not the definition. I just finished doing compound lifts to put the size on. So now...what should I do to shape the muscle? My bf is fairly low, could be lower but it's about 9-10%. Should I use the machines instead of the iron to get my muscles shaped? Or medium weight and high reps to shape them?

    Thanks in advance

muscle shape is a genetic factor, not necessarily how you train. in my opinion, keep doing the compound exercises, along with certain isolation exercises. keep the diet in check, train sensibly and you will be happy with results. as you get bigger, you will become more 'shaped'
