Muscle Endurance
What type of workout is best for muscle endurance? I was thinking of doing this Navy SEAL workout thing. Where its just alot of running/swimming, and body weight stuff. Some people say do the high reps type weights, and others say that stuff is BS. So, any suggestions or comments guys? Thanks.

i dont know why someone would say its BS, it just might not work for them though.
high rep low volume works for endurance, and low rep high vol is for strength, theres no other way

well you know when they do that stuff they have a really low beats per minute. so you need to work on stuff to keep it down
