pct
tomorrow i will start my pct. i did a 3 week cycle of sd and had some good results. i was 155 when i started and as of last saturday, i was 176. i will weight myslef again tomorrow to see where im at. but anyway, the question is, i was working out each muscles group 2x a week while on sd. should i just workout 1x on each muscle group a week during pct? any help would be much appreciated.

the title say's PCT it's in the DIET forum and it's a WORKOUT question
i would never work the same muscle group twice a week anyway but that's just meno open source posting

the only muscle that i work out twice is pecs and thats just because they are lacking... and i work them every five days.
on pct my training did not change at all.. but every one is differant..

yes i know it's crazy but i was really 155 and now i am 176. 21 pounds total but i gained some fat along with it and prolly water. so i dunno how much lbm i gained but i looked bigger though. note that i was 176 last saturday which is like 6 days ago i might've gained or lost weight i dunno. i will update tomorrow for the final weight in.
