tomorrow i will start my pct. i did a 3 week cycle of sd and had some good results. i was 155 when i started and as of last saturday, i was 176. i will weight myslef again tomorrow to see where im at. but anyway, the question is, i was working out each muscles group 2x a week while on sd. should i just workout 1x on each muscle group a week during pct? any help would be much appreciated.
