any suggestions on a good work-out program?
Ok yes I want to get bigger and more ripped but I want to stay proportionate with my frame. Im saying this because im only 5'4 and I weigh 165lbs.
heres my work-out plan
day#1- chest
day#2- tae bo
day#3- arms
day#4- tae bo
day#5- shoulders
What do you guys think of this, I know its probably not what alot of you would like to do because you probably want to get super big and become body builders. My goal is to get up to 175lbs and be really ripped does anyone have any suggestions or comments about this program besides that fact that legs are not included lol, I was blessed with very big legs due to 20 plus years of hockey.

Ok I will tell you one thing that I think. Stop posting every thread in the AAS forum for god sakes. This should be in the workout forum. You had a thread last night about who lives in Ontario and also popsted it here. Navigate your way to the appropriate forum in the future please.

All I can say is -> LOL
The typical person who doesn't want to put any effort forth and look good. It's called a "bar body", he wants to have nice arms, chest and big shoulders but nothing else.
News for you dude, you need to work out everything. If you work out your chest and not your back, you will be unproportioned.
Need to workout chest, legs, arms (bis and tris), back and shoudlers to get "ripped" as you say. Also you need to follow a proper diet, which you state nothing of.
