    need adivive on calf training

    heys guys just did my first compition on april 22 and won my class but lost the overall anyways my claves were my weakest bodypart right know i train them every other day about 12-15 sets tried high reps low reps drops sets supersets nothing works they wont seem to grow can some one give me some tips on training. Also please tell me what other bodyparts i need to work on thanks.

    i llike to do 3 supersets for calves with toes pointed straight, pigeon toed, and then toes pointed outwards...10 reps on each...i switch from seated calf raises to standing to leg press machines...its worked well for me i get tons of compliments on my calves and i train them twice a week

    I do standing and sitting calve raises. It seems to work OK.

    i do about 50 sets on my calve day with about 15 reps per set with heavy weight. the only workout i do is calve workout i do is calve raises.
    i dont know bro this has maid my calves grow... so hope this helps
