    Good shape

    Need some help, Im quite strong on squats, i can lift about 500 odd pounds for about 6 reps. But i dont have the shape on my legs yet. I do quite a fews leg extensions, but my shape still aint that good.

    Can anyone reccomend please some goo excersises to give my legs some shape.

    It may be an issue of conditioning, bodyfat, or just the need to address certain areas of the legs. Hard to say w/out being able to see the issue @ hand.

    Like swolecat stated it hard to say without seeing the legs what the exact problem is, but i added alot of shape to my quads with dropsets hacksquats feet close together and lunges with dropsets thigh extentions, they are killer workouts but the benefits are unreal, also keep bf as low as possible .

    Well youll have to tell us what your routine is at the moment with sets and reps if you can.

    May be a matter of range of motion.

    If you're squatting above parallel.. or to it you may be limiting full muscle recruitment.

    500 lbs is just that.. a number... Doesn't say how much, or which, muscle(s) you're using
