    Unhappy I'm goning to quit workout

    Hello guys....I've a problem..People always at my gym(specialty old guys 50+) come to me and with no reason start a conversation with me. They start telling me how people don't no sh1t and they wasting thier time by humping the wieght..uhhh.Then,They tell me (ur getting good). they start advicing me how I should be training, the speed of the rep, full range of motion, diet...blaaa blaa blaaa...and I'm just saying ohh yah ,cool, I know, wut a good advice.....etc. they start confusing me. Everyone with diffrent opinon. Some telling me (NO PAIN NO GIAN) other say that bullsh1t(TRAIN WITH NO STRAIN) he means don't lift very heavy ....MAN WTF?????
    Every time I go home depressed,and I think I was wasting my time and I should follow his advice...
    Clear those confution pls:
    1)(NO PAIN NO GAIN) PAIN means the sorness after a hard workout, or during training.....
    2) I always lift with control, full range,and 4-5 sec a rep I guess, but some telling me(4sec up 4sec contraction, and 7 sec down) too long I guess
    3) Some time I spend 3 hr in the gym most of it talkin to those guys. the problem I' can't be mean and say ( I know what I'm doing, leave me alone) or leave him while his talking. It's not nice. tell me something nice I can do so
    i can stop that conversation.
    Sorry for the long story and the bad spelling, But I'm really tired of this. I alaways have doubt, not focusing in the gym, shity workout, get cool dwon after 10 min talkin uhhhhh .

    Try different techniques and see what works for you. What is good for Mr x may not be good for you. Some people grow with light weights and high reps others with heavy and low reps. The point is everyone is different. Next time you get hassled just tell them you cant stop your workout as you want to concentrate on your lifting ect. Do what feels right. If your diet is good and you ache a couple of days after you have trained you will grow!!

    Thanks man, that's exaclty whut i'm trying to do. And my training+diet are working for me very well. The problem is, I always say :mabey If I follwed his advice I could get better result, and start thinkin too much and replan routine...uhhhhh.... I' don't know why I can't say that?

    ohh yah,Also some of them come to me while I'm doing my exersice, and strat train me( hold it there for 4 sec, ok now slowly down count to 7 )

    Man you just going to have to maybe offend a few ppl and explain that all thiere help is hindering your workout. They will understand if they are good ppl and if there not then fuk em. At the gym I go to there is a guy who spends all his time giving out advice (mostly preaching about ab excercise on a ball and core strength). I told him if he spent more time training HIS abs and less time talking about mine he might have some that were actually visible.

    I'd wear some headphones and just do your thing, listen to what they have to say for a few seconds just to be polite I suppose, but when they get rambling on just say" hey, let me get this set in really quick" and walk away. These stupid bastards are everyplace, they just wanna feel special by giving the young guys advice

    Just get those headphones and a baseball cap. Then turn up the music and focus only on your lifting. If someone tries to talk to you, just politely tell them that it's important for me to focus now and perhaps we can speak after I'm done. If they can’t understand that just turn your music back up and ignore them.

    I quit weight training cause of back injury been having pains for 5 years got then from heavy squats that fukked up my posture and spin in the lower back.

    Now i am training in bootcamp and free bodyweight workout, i am losing bodyfat like crazy got my diet in gear and am loving the workout even more then weight training cause it has all cardio, endurance and really cuts up the muscles, of course my diet is good has well.

    Try something different maybe you will feel a lot better.

    Yah I'll try to do that, I'm actully happey with my routine and diet and my gear. I'm doing exellent. But that is serious. About 3-4 old guys just doing that to me. one of them is telling stories of his adventure in sports + how they were exercising blaa blaa blaaa.... and I try to seem excited and sh1t. I don't wanna hurt thier feeling..whut a good guy I'm lol ? anyway I think they are jelues I"m achiving something they couldin achive haahah , so they want to interupt me...fvckers, but yah sometime I belive them and start to think aboutthier opinion and shit..
