    hand-grippers for forearm size?

just wondering if using those things will substantially increase forearm size or mainly just grip strength? i want to increase my forearms, but just don't have time to hit them in the gym. with the grippers though, i could do them at home right before dinner.

well my forearms could definitely use more development, and i never use straps for anything except shrugs. that's why i'm thinking of getting the grippers. they got ones on ebay that go from 150-300lbs. imagine 300lbs in one hand!

I have been using grippers to increase my handstrength for about two months now. Grippers will mainly increase your finger closing strength, but are inadequate in the area of improving your thumb strength so you should look into doing pinching exercises with plates.

As for forearm development, I have gotten a few compliments on my lower arm development as of lately. I can definitely see more vascularity on my arms and a few new bulges that were never there before. I do, however, incorporate more than just gripper training. I would say that grippers are a good supplement to lower arm development, but they should not be the primary exercises used if your goal is to increase hand strength, wrist strength, or overall lower arm development.

There is actually a product out that is called a wrist builder/forearm builder i bought it at a local sporting good store for like 20 dollars. It pretty much gives you different ranges of motion, curling your wrists up and then curling your wrist underneath working the inside forearm. I find it very useful because you can do it whenever i usually do them driving place. People should definitely check them out. Gives great definition to your forearms also.

Try farmers walk. Grab some heavy ass dumbbells..and walk as far as you can with them. My gym only goes up to 130 so that has to make do. Ppl look at me funny when I walk back and forth then drop them..
