    How to measure biceps?

    I have had my biceps measured at a combine before and they measured them cold and not flexed. How does everyone here measure their biceps? Do you actually flex them or do you hold you arm staright and measure them?

    Help me out here cause I would like to see where I stand!

    Measure while you flex, just don't do a bicep routine to get them pumped right before you bust out the tape.

    Measure them while you flex. I also measure them after a bicept workout just to see how bigger they get.
