    cardio

    do cardio while on a bulking cycle or not ? can i do cardio after weights ? which is better cardio session alone or after weights ?

    yes i would still do cardio in a bulking cycle you still want to try and keep you fat down. And look after the most important muscle of all your heart.

    i would do cardio alone. your eating into recovery time if you do it afteer weights

    agreed...if u can manage cardio during ur day then do it...i know im goin to make an effort to do this during my next bulking...i made a vow once i get down to under 10% i never wanna go above it again...i got a ways to go before i get there though..

    Cardio apart from weights as stocky suggested, yes.

    do on your off days or if you can get to the gym twice in a day, I'd do it during the evening, assuming your working out in the AM. If not, then just reverse it and do cardio in the AM.

    Cardio in AM on empty stomach is best.
