cardio
do cardio while on a bulking cycle or not ? can i do cardio after weights ? which is better cardio session alone or after weights ?

do on your off days or if you can get to the gym twice in a day, I'd do it during the evening, assuming your working out in the AM. If not, then just reverse it and do cardio in the AM.
