Exclamation Question about shoulders and exercises?

So my shoulders look as though they curve in a bit and although the front part of them is big and has nice definition they just slope of in the back, my traps are fine but it is the back half of my shoulders... it is like there is nothing there and all the muscle is in the front half which makes them almost curve inward?? anyone else have this problem, what exercises should I do to correct it? I was thinking behind the back shrugs with the smith but what else...

right ,all good back exercises work rear delts (rows, lat pulls etc) but you need to add either reverse peck deck to work your rears or bend forward to a 45 degree angle or more and do rear lateral raises(like oposite to fly's).

you can do cable rows also, pulling the cable high,to your chin

I do a rear lateral raise with my chest face down on the incline bench then do similiar to a regular lateral raise. I find that hits the rear delt best.
