    Need bum help

    Hey Guys...

My gym is great, but at the gym i first started training at there was machine designed to help tone your butt muscles specifically. The gym I'm at now only has areas to do squats and lunges... which I do regularly. However, since I've been dieting I've noticed I'm losing my nice round bum.. and it doesn't seem to matter how many squats I do I can't seem to build it up .. I"m also putting in a lot of time on the stairmaster and I always take the stairs at my apt buiding (22 floors up) in hopes of helping the cause.

I don't want a tiny flat butt... any suggestions?

Post pic to aid in constructive help j/k

Quite a few women I know, perform leg presses with their feet close together. they claim it helps work the "bum" into a nice shape.

Ok, I'll try that too.. right now I usually place them should width apart. When using the Smith machine would you recommend my feet be directly under me or further out in front?

    Thanks for all your help!!

i alter my stance every now and then but for you i would put them directly under you the smith machine although it doesnt allow your body to move freely does/will give you the stability to do squats with feet together,if you do this you should feel it in the right places

No idea what it was called... it was just another machine to me.. well, more of a contraption if you ask me.. definitely puts you in a very compromising position, especially in a gym full of men.. LOL. I's rather do the better exercises that guys do anyway...

Use the ball Put feet flat on top of the ball, back flat on the ground. Then you lift ur ass in the air, pause and squeeze cheeks, then down, repeat, that one works good.

Another good one is get in crawling position. Lift one leg all the way up from the hip, leave knee bent in crwal position. Do this for both sides.
