    how often to use hand-grippers?

    well, just got my hand grippers in the mail. few questions for those of you who use them...

    1 how often do you train with these bad boys?
    2 how many sets do you guys typically do with them?
    3 what kind of rep range do you guys do?
    4 what kind of results have you seen from your training with them?

    enough with the hand grippers already
    id just keep picking them up when your not doing anything as often as you like.

    I do hammers and behind the back wrist curls on arm day.

    Those grippers don't do much for strength/size being that they are always the same resistance.

    tell me more!!!! just playin bro. i just want to make sure not to overdo it, but at the same time with how frequently we use our forearms, they should recuperate pretty fast. i'm thinking maybe 3 times a week or so?

    shouldn't tell me as often as i'd like though. hell, i'd have those things at work with me, after work, in the shower, and have my arms throbbing by the end of the first night.

    cant see much point in em mate,deads without straps work great for grip strength as do most back exercises if i had to id do wrist curls.

    i got a set from ebay that are 100lb, 150lb, 200lb, 250lb, and 300lb, so i can gradually go up in resistance. the 300lb resistance ones are crazy.

    well, at this point i'm just going to try experimenting and see what works.
