how often to use hand-grippers?
well, just got my hand grippers in the mail. few questions for those of you who use them...
1 how often do you train with these bad boys?
2 how many sets do you guys typically do with them?
3 what kind of rep range do you guys do?
4 what kind of results have you seen from your training with them?

I do hammers and behind the back wrist curls on arm day.
Those grippers don't do much for strength/size being that they are always the same resistance.

cant see much point in em mate,deads without straps work great for grip strength as do most back exercises if i had to id do wrist curls.
