I am looking to take some juice that i purchased, but haven't been in the gym too much lately, i have worked out here and there, but nothing too much, i am wondering, what kind of routine should i get on and for how long before i step into the juice market???
I am dedicated and hard working and will do whatever i need to, in order to big bigger stronger and so forth. here is my current routine
day one-chest, tri's
day two-shoulders, bi's
day three-back and legs
day four break for a day
day five-chest, traps, shoulders, tri's=not as lethal as previously worked out earlier in the week, usually 2 exercises each muscel
day six-back, bi's, and legs again, same as above, not as serious, but working.
day seven-day off
so what is adequate and for how long?
