    cardio question

    Hey gang,

I have been doing cardio 5 days a week and weights 3 times a week.

    I am

    5'11"
    250lbs
was 30%BF but im sure its lower now

I am losing 2 lbs a week which is what i have always heard is the max you want to do.

If i bump up my cardio to twice a day morning and evening will i expect a larger reduction or am i asking for trouble?

    thanks everyone

Doing cardio in the morning will definetly help you burn more calories than doing it in the afternoon. I don't see how it would hurt you to do more cardio as long as you're not sacrificing your strength for when you lift weights.

I say---stick to the diet, do cardio in the morning and if you have time then some in the afternoon. You're doing great so far.

Its funny to me that you are worried about the cardio hurting your lifting. I'm always worried about the lifting hurting my cardio. Different strokes. Peace.
