    PWO after morning cardio??

    Should I have a good pwo shake right after my morning cardio while cutting or should I just eat my breakfast?

    Probably best to use the diet forum to lay out your entire plan of attack, goals, what is in this "pwo shake", etc. Too hard to speculate here.

    wasn't sure if it was more of a diet or workout question.

    bump for this Q....also I wanna add that wut about doing ab,calvs and forarms after morining cardio?

    I dont see a problem with working abs after cardio. I'd save others for PM lifting sessions..
