lol....yeah, right....what i'm doin AINT workin.....just thought i'd get some idears...I've been doin 1 a week too...only like 3-4 exercises and each week doing slightly different types..don't know if it's cause waist is so damn big that i don't see better results or just not getting stronger...muscles get sore for a few days after workout
usually do deads, dumbell rows, lat pull downs, cable rows, machine rows, bar in the corner lifts(cant rem what they're called)...i usually do 3-4 of those 1 time a week...bout 4-5 sets each...like 12, 10, 8, 6 or 10, 8, 6, 4...sometimes end with a burn set or 2 of 15 reps...usually no strength left to do biceps...i do them alone now....i am a legit hrt patient...so maybe the low doses are keeping me down...thanks chest

i agree with chest what ever works for you. But i think personally you need to do the core lifts. Deadlifts, Rack Chins ( no one does them) i think you can chose between cable or machince you dont need both or switch em up. Barbell rows really bring the lats up as well. And pullups

I hit it hard once a week and it works for me, I dont really think that twice is required if you do it right.

pullups, deads, dumbell/barbell rows, and tbar rows....those work for me. IMO if you want a bigger back cut out the cable and machine exercises. and shoot for 12-14 intense sets total. i like to keep the rep range between 8-15, thats what works for me. Once youve built the size then id add back a cable or machine to refine the mass......
