tell me that his guy is sipmly telling you to overtrain or i'll probably gonna shoot myself and how the hell do quads count as a pull movement ?!!!

push/pull is decent beginner workout. good for people with little lifting experience to divide lifting into multiple muscle groups. but when u start concentrating on one muscle for 30mins, the push/pull routine doesnt work. thats seems like #1 high school football workout too from what i remember...
