How does your workout differ when you switch to a cutting cycle?
Higher reps, that's obvious I guess. What about number of exercises, sets, going to failure etc. etc.

for me i like more dumbells for chest and higher reps less rest between sets also adding more cardio
The only things I change is tighter diet and more cardio. I always go heavy no matter if I'm cutting or bulking.
I totally agree. this way you can test your max out every week to see if your burning up too much muscle.Quote:

I'll usually add two burn out sets with 30sec. rest at the end of the workout though
