I was advised to not follow an HIIT cardio routien once but, to just do low intensity cardio in the moning or whenever you wake up, for 30-45 min 3x a week instead. It made a little more sense after researching it more. I think this would be less likely to hinder gains than an HIIT routine.

Well if its cardiovascular condition you are more concerned about then perhaps HIIT would be better in that instance. Hard to guage what will work best though especially if you want to maintain gains at the same time but, you are also on test so that will help maintain better too.

I dunno, bump for more replies.

If you are bulking and want to keep your lean mass and keep bodyfat off (why not do both??), then I'd do the 65-75% of the MHR type of cardio.
