    Question on military press

I was looking at how the military press was done and the link below says that it works your Anterior delts. Doesn't flat and incline press work the anterior delts as well? I just wonder why you would need to do military presses for then if you were using them to target your delts. I concern myself more with the lateral delts. Just wondering if that is the main goal of the military press.

yea some people dont incorporate them into their workouts bc they get enough from the chest day.. some people just throw in 6 sets after chest for shoulders (ME!) at least for now im doing that.. want to see how it goes..

Presses build mass all over the delts not just the anterior head, IMO you need to have a press in your delt workout for optimum results.

Ditto.. to say it works just the anterior delts is a gross oversimplification.
