So I've been on vacation in Australia for almost three weeks now. I have been surfing a lot, running, and have made it into the gym twice. I am going completely crazy. The itch I have to work out harder than I ever have in my life is consuming me. I have started planning my comeback bootcamp and am open to suggestions. My goals are to get size and mass, I did a cutting cycle
with clen with much success but now its time to bulk up again.
I don't want to go into too much detail but I just want to give you all an idea of what I am pondering
Eating:
5 to 6 meals a day
supplements:
Nitro Tech
CLA - conjugated Linoeic Acid, a derivative found in dairy products proven to put on lean pounds and shed a little fat.
Multi
NO-Explode
Tribulus Terristris - I have a 3/4 of a bottle left. I really don't think it does much, but I firgured I get rid of it.
maybe: 40 mcgs of clen, it does have anabolic characteristics. 2 weeks on and off
Training: 2 options
Germanic Volume Training: I have heard great things about this for putting on weight and building endurance so I thought it might be of value. Do a search if you are unfamiliar with it please.

Monday - Back/ Chest
Tuesday - Shoulder/ Bis/ Tris
Wednesday - Legs/ abs
Thursday - Repeat monday
Friday - Repeat Tuesday
Saturday - Repeat Wednesday
I know this is a crazy split I after two weeks or so of this I would probably go back to a split something like this:
monday - back/ Bis
Tuesday - Chest/ Tri
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Shoulders/Traps/ ABS
After about three weeks of bootcamp, I am planning to start a cycle of Halodrol for one month.
So the forum is open to suggestions and comments. What have you guys done to jumpstart getting back in shape. Taking the time off to see the world was definately worth it because, I was able to rest, mix things up and regain that energy and drive to go crazy in the gym.![]()
