    Shoulders

    What are some good excersises to built meat on top of the shoulder, where the collar bone lay's. Any good ideas?

    your talking about your traps? if so the best exercise that builds the traps IMO is dead lifts which I do on back day. on shoulder day i do 3-4 sets of light dumbell shrugs (70lbs each arm) for 15-20 reps. my traps have gotten bigger doing this method. i think a lot of people overtrain the traps and do more sets then is needed. rest, and good diet are also key here.

    If you are talking about side delts however, and overhead presses are not getting it for you, give wide grip upright rows (only as high as your nipples) a go. they work great for me without the sholder impingement you can get coming all the way up to your chin with narrow grip as they are usually prescribed.

    Sweet, thanks for the additional info. Yeah the delts are super hard to put weight onto. same with my wrists and foreafrms.

    my delt work out goes like this

    sitting by ladderal raises(to the side)
    20 lbs dumbells 15 reps
    25 lbs dumbells 15 reps
    30lbs dumbells as many as possible

    military press in the front
    135 15 reps
    raise weight 20lbs for next 2 to 3 sets till ur exhausting muscle befor 15 reps

    standing lateral raises(in the front)
    30 lbs dumbells 15 reps
    40 lbs dumbells 15
    50 till failure

    then 2 rear delt exercises 3 sets for each exercise

    finish with shrugs
    180 lbs to 20
    270 lbs to 15
    360 as many as posible

    u really dont have to go heavy on the first exercise for this is used to pre exhaust the muscle
