    bulked with chest problem

    i am very bulked but i have a problem lifting my chest wat exercise should i do

    Hmmm, I don't really understand the question, but if you are bulked and want more striations and definition in your chest; go for dumbbell presses using all forms of it (decline, flat, incline) working in moderate weight at 3 sets each and 12 reps each set. During the rest of each set, do pushups to keep the blood pumping in all areas of the chest (ie, if you just finished a set of incline presses, during rest do 10 inclines pushups because that type of pushup targets the lower pecs and keeps the blood pumping).

    I believe I read this in Mens Fitness along time ago and it really works! Do this chest routine no more than once a week. Oh yeah, and it is really instense, make sure you have a lot of energy...

    guys my chest is like the undertaker (wwf) chest bulked but not lifted i want to lift it

    bench press the fundamental start for chest training.
