Shoulder Injury-Trying to get Strength Back

I dislocated my left shoulder about 2.5 months ago. Finally back in the gym working out with no pain in shoulder. Since the time off, my shoulder strength is dismal. Any suggestions besides military press's and raises to help get it back.

Sorry to hear about your injury, but at least you are back to working out with no pain. Did you see a specialist for your shoulder and did you do PT? I believe that if you are just a little patient, that soon you'll be back to full strength.

Yes, I visited the orthopedist after the hospital visit. Had the physical therapy. It was more for range of motion than anything.
    Thanks for the response.

You're welcome brother. Just keep positive and be persistent. In time you'll be full strength and bigger than ever. I love doing behind the neck presses for shoulder mass. Perhaps they will work for you as well.
