Why are you capitalizing the first letter of every word?

If your goal is to lose fat, stop running, switch to 65-75% of your MHR SSC (steady state cardio) for 45 mins., and do this on empty right after waking up.

    Just a suggestion.

Not to hijack the thread, but quick question came to mind.

I know 70% is fat burning, and running harder burns a little muscle.

What does that achieve? Running harder and burning a little muscle?

Is it you get more endurance? Or just over strengthens your legs?

If one wants endurance and to improve his/her VO2 max, then usually one eats a meal beforehand then runs 20-30 mins. of HIIT to address this goal. (using the sugars/glucose from the meal for fuel, not fat nor lean muscle tissue)

For fat loss (lipolysis), the eating differs as well as the type of cardio.
