After My Weight Training I Get On The Treadmill Do A 5 Minute Walk,then For 30 Minutes I'll Run 8.0 For 2 Minutes Then Step Off For 1 Minute Repeat For 30 Minutes It Really Kiks Ass.now Before I Go To The Gym I Eat 1 Cup Of Oat Meal 1 Pint Of Grapefruit Juice,cup Of Coffee,now Im Trying To Burn Fat Calories And Not Muscle For Fuel.at 190 Lbs 15% Is This Ok.
