quick question...i worked legs hard this mornin is it ok to cardio for 20 minutes and a steady jog tonight or no?![]()
I would have done cardio in the a.m., and worked legs in the afternoon/early evening. As well, I'd refrain from running or jogging, merely walking is hard enough after I work legs, I could never think of running.
Just my suggestion, but I'd not do the cardio tonight, definitely not jogging/running.

When my legs are all rubbery from a workout and I still want to do cardio, I punch the heavy bag for about twenty minutes and my heart wants to jump outa my chest.
