    1: Dips
    2: Tricep Pushdowns
    3: Nosebreakers

I could never get the proper form of nosebreakers so I think I'm gonna change it... Should I? I'm trying to build mega mega mega mass

    what do you guys suggest?

Whats the rep and set breakdown.
I personally dont think 3 excercise is enough. I would move dips last to really fry the tri's.

What about close grip bench and Tate Press?

that's what i was gonna ask and i'm assuming that's what he means. movements that have put the most mass on my tri's have without a doubt been close grip benches and weighted dips. i go heavy and strict but do what i need to do to get a couple more reps. scullcrushers are also great and i always do them on a decline bench because it just feels like you get more range.

Yes ...they are the same....why dont you try a nose breaker close grip bench superset...start off doing the nose breakers and go to failure and immediately start pressing the weight...your tri's will be on fire.

french press(lying down)is better than the skullcrusher/nose breaker you can use more weight and stretch the tricep fully.

Is that where you lie flat on your back and keep your tri's perpendicular to your chest and move your forearm to your forehead? I don't really know all the names of exercises.

yes lie down and keep the arms perpendicular ,bring the bar( i prefer dumbell) back and over your head stretch the tricep and back up,very similar to a pullover.i bring the dumbell down like a press at the end.
this as added loads of mass to my tricep, all within 6 months.

I feel skullcrushers give my triceps the best possible workout. I'll usually rep till I feel I'm near failure, then I start going 1/4 of the way down and then back up, same with a 1/2, then a full one and call that 1 rep. It works out great.

I've tried that in my program and this exercise is soooooo damn hard on the tricep... wooooooooow I've never felt a pump like that in the whole tricep!

The guy at the gym went to me and tell me that I'm not doing the exercise well because I was supposed to get down to my nose .... but I told him that he was sooooo wrong!!!!!!!

    Thanks alot Helium3!!!!!!!!!!!

That exercise is a keeper for my training!

glad to be of help friend.

my inner tricep exploded into growth after doing these regularly,i use dumbells to do mine,i just find it puts less stress on the wrist.also when i bring the dumbell back up over my head i bring it down to my chest, like a press movement, this nails it for me,adding extra stress on the muscle.

    Many Exercises

    Close Grip bench press
Seated Tricep Dumbell Press (one dumbell,, two hands)
    Triceps cable extensions
    One arm Tricep dumbell extension
    Tricep pull downs
    Dips between benches
Reverse pulldowns, single arm or both arms.
    Skullcrushers, as already mentioned,, etc

Check out www.abcbodybuilding.com for original exercises,, some most people havent even heard of. In the exercises section.

For me,,my triceps are shot after a chest or shoulder workout,,,like it feels i just worked out triceps,,,maybe im using too much arms.
