Major help needed for upper back

Been doing this routine for a month but does not seem to be working

    3x8-10 wide pulldown
    3x8-10 wide bb row
    3x8-10 seated close row
    2x8-10 1 arm row
    2x6-8 deadlift

I have been working out 4-5 days in a row with 1-2 days off. Maybe I am not getting enough rest?

the exercises are fine but you really should have days off in between workouts where possible.

one month is probably not enough time to tell, but if your back isnt growing it would have to be not enough rest, not enough intensity, or poor diet

how often do you hit your back?

just keep it simple and dont expect immediant results. exercises look good, just tear your back down with maximum intensity once a week and make sure your diet is in order 24/7 and you will grow

Thanks, I will try that. I just cannot stand days that I do not lift. When cutting should the routine be cut down even further? I like doing cardio every morning 6 days a week but I think I am losing alot of the gains I have made.

For me I work each body parts twice every 8 days as I did find a better result from it. I would do like this for my back:
sat: Heavy day I would pick 3-4 exersice of these 10-6 reps
    dead lift
    t bar raws
    bb raws
    machine t bar
    chin ups
    one arm db raw
tus or wen/ kind of light 3-4 exersices with 12-15reps
    pull downs
cable rwas /two or one arm
    under grib bb raws
machine raws/ two or one arm...etc
So, if you found once a week is not really working give this a try...
    Good luk
