im about 5'6 190 and 16% body fat wat can i do to get that to 5% fast

cut calories gradually, do cardio atleast 3-4 times per week, at 45 mins and upwards a time, preferably on an empty stomach if your schedule allows.

diet, cardio and clen . there are no shortcuts, just hard work. also consider t3 if you are taking aas. if not, dont take it , it is to catabolic
