    Cardio

    How important is cardio while bulking? I'm asking because I rarely do any when I'm on a bulk because it's extremely hard for me to gain weight. (I weigh 180 and bulk at 5k cals, barely gaining at all).


    So I guess I'm just wonderig if it is completely essential....

    I'd recommend at least once a week just for heart health even if you are an ecto. After all, it is called "cardio"

    i walkon a tredmill for 30 minutes 2x a week on an empty stomach. it makes me feel like im burning fat and not precious calories

    If you stick to the correct heart rate you will only lose body fat. It is a very important part of BB in general. There are alot of post describing all of this but I stick to 45min in the am 4 times a week.
