What is the best exercise for isolating the lower chest.

My experience has been decline dumbbell press.

thanks, straight bar hits more shoulders more, i'll give the dumbells a try

No problem - I try to push up about even with the belly button at the top of the movement with palms facing the knees.

make sure you keep your elbows out for a more effective lift.

dips also work the lower chest along with decline dumbel presses and decline bench

i like weighted dips the best when my shoulder isn't hurting. i'm not sure why but my lower chest got much better when i started doing dumbell pullovers.

dumbells>barbell
I felt a massive amount of sensation doing decline dumbell press today. Then i did my dips.... all i can tell you is im on a motha fruckin roll!
